Getting Started
Learn how to use dayli.space
How do I create my first task?
Click the "+" button or press the keyboard shortcut to open the quick-add modal. Type your task title and press Enter. You can also set a due date, priority, and folder.
What are folders?
Folders help you organize your tasks into categories. You can create folders like "Work", "Personal", or "Shopping" to keep related tasks together. Each folder can have its own workflow states.
How do workflows work?
Workflows define the stages a task goes through. By default, tasks start in "To Do" and move to "Done" when completed. You can customize workflows in each folder to add stages like "In Progress" or "Review".
What do the priority levels mean?
dayli.space uses priority levels P0-P4: - P0: Critical - Must be done immediately - P1: High - Important and urgent - P2: Medium - Should be done soon - P3: Low - Can wait if needed - P4: None - No specific priority
How do recurring tasks work?
You can set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, or on custom schedules. When you complete a recurring task, it automatically creates the next occurrence based on your rules.

How do I sign up?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage and enter your email address. You'll receive a verification link to complete your registration.
Can I change my email address?
Currently, email changes are not supported through the app interface. Please contact support if you need to update your email.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the settings page. This will permanently remove all your data including tasks, folders, and preferences.
What happens to my data if I stop using dayli.space?
Your data remains stored securely as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our servers.

How we protect your data
Is my data secure?
Yes. dayli.space uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
Who can see my tasks?
Only you. dayli.space is a personal task manager and your data is private by default. We don't share your information with third parties.
Do you use my data for advertising?
No. We don't serve ads and we don't sell your data. Your tasks and personal information are never used for advertising purposes.
Can I export my data?
Data export functionality is planned for a future update. We believe you should always have access to your own data.
