Articles Now Appear in the Right Order
What Changed
If you ever noticed articles from the same day appearing out of order, that issue is now resolved. A small but important fix ensures that when multiple articles share the same publication date, they are sorted by the exact time they were created — so the order you see always makes sense.
Why It Happened
Publication dates in dayli.space are stored as date-only values (like "2025-07-14"), which means two articles published on the same day looked identical to the sorting logic. Without a tiebreaker, their order could appear inconsistent or unexpected. Now, the precise creation timestamp is used as a secondary sort, giving every article a reliable and stable position in the list.
What This Means for You
- Articles published on the same day now appear in a consistent, chronological order
- No action needed on your part — the fix is automatic
- Your reading experience feels more predictable and polished
This is one of those behind-the-scenes improvements that you might not notice directly — and that's exactly the point. A smooth, reliable experience is always the goal.
